By enrolling in our SMS program (“Text Messaging”), you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions, and you also agree to FSB’s SMS Privacy Policy (see above).
To opt out of Text Messaging, simply reply to FSB’s text message on your mobile device with the word STOP.
Each time you use Text Messaging, you affirm your agreement to FSB’s SMS Terms and Conditions and to FSB’s SMS Privacy Policy. FSB reserves the right to, and from time to time may, revise these SMS Terms and Conditions and/or its SMS Privacy Policy. FSB will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on FSB’s website and updating the effective date.
When you provide information to FSB, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and true information. You agree that FSB may collect information from you including (but not limited to) your phone number, carrier details, timing and content of messages, and any other information sent to FSB.
FSB may use this information to contact you and to operate, develop and improve FSB’s Text Messaging services. FSB’s message frequency to you may vary, but if at any time you determine the frequency of text messages to be excessive, you may immediately opt out of the Text Messaging service. FSB reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect FSB’s rights or property.
Your wireless carrier and other service providers may also collect data from your Text Messaging usage, and their practices are governed by their own policies.
By using Text Messaging, you represent that you are the owner or authorized user or subscriber of the phone number and wireless device that you are using to receive text messages from or on behalf of FSB.
FSB WILL NEVER SEND YOU A TEXT MESSAGE ASKING YOU TO PROVIDE OR CONFIRM PERSONAL DETAILS OR CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION, SUCH AS PASSWORDS, SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS, OR ACCOUNT NUMBERS. Message and data rates may apply. Text Messaging is subject to applicable messaging and data fees from your wireless carrier. Please refer to your wireless plan details for more information. However, FSB does not charge you a separate fee for your use of its Text Messaging service.
You acknowledge and agree that your receipt of any Text Messaging may be delayed or prevented by factor(s) affecting your wireless service provider, internet service provider(s) and other factors outside of FSB’s control. Text Messaging is subject to many factors including availability of service with your network, compatibility of your network and device with FSB’s systems, and processing by your mobile device. Text Messaging services are provided on an “AS IS, AS AVAILABLE” basis. FSB will not be liable for any delays or failures in your receipt of any Text Messaging. FSB will not be required to resend any message even if the message was not received on your mobile device. In no event shall FSB be liable for any claim arising from delayed, misdirected, or failed delivery of any information sent through the Text Messaging service.
FSB may suspend or terminate Text Messaging to you if FSB has reason to believe you are in breach of current SMS Terms and Conditions. Text Messaging services are also subject to termination in the event your wireless service terminates or lapses, or in the event of your FSB account closure or legal process. FSB may also discontinue Text Messaging at any time, in its discretion, with no liability.
Text Messaging services are provided only in the United States.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold FSB harmless from any third-party claims, liability, damages, or costs arising from (1) your use of the Text Messaging service, and (2) the provision of a phone number that is not your own.
You agree to notify FSB immediately of any changes to your mobile device. In case of unauthorized access to your mobile device or service, you agree to cancel enrollment associated with the device immediately.
