Logan Weber
Logan Weber was born and raised in Minonk, Illinois. He is the 6th generation of farmers in his family. He graduated from Fieldcrest High School back in 2007 where he played football and baseball while also being involved with the FFA and plays/musical productions. After high school he decided he wanted to continue his football career. He decided to attend Coe College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa where he played 3 years of football. He was injured in his final year and switched to the coaching staff instead. He then remained in Iowa for a few years after graduating from Coe with his bachelor’s degree to help coach at a local high school program while working at his job out there in Iowa. But he always knew he wanted to come back to the farm. When getting back home to Illinois after a few years, he was looking for a job that would pair well with farming and Flanagan State Bank was a great fit. Logan joined the Ag Lending Team back in 2018.
Since joining with Flanagan State Bank, Logan has had many roles throughout the bank, but ag lending has been his main duty while at the bank. He has just recently switched roles within the bank to more of the backend of the ag lending team as a loan assistant. This switch has worked out better with his own personal obligations to farming outside of the banking hours. Currently, he helps onboard our ag customers financial information and works side by side with our ag lenders to make the lending relationship smooth and seamless.
Outside of the bank, Logan has been married to his wife Sammy for 5 years and counting. They have two kids together currently, a boy and a girl. He currently farms with his father on their family-owned farm. He not only works around farmers and their craft, but he lives it as well. In the fall, he also helps some with the Fieldcrest High School football coaching staff. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids and their two pups.
