Jeremy Durdan
Jeremy Durdan joined Flanagan State Bank in December 2023 as a Lender in the Agriculture Department. Jeremy grew up in Central Illinois between Flanagan and Streator and enjoyed helping his Grandpa and Uncle on their farms as a child. He graduated from Cornell College in 2023 where he earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and was also a member of the Basketball team. Jeremy strongly believes earning a business degree has been beneficial in assisting customers with decisions regarding profitability in their specific farming operation.
Jeremy attended Flanagan-Cornell High School where he was involved in Student Council, Basketball and FFA. From a young age, he realized the important role Agriculture plays in Central Illinois communities and he cultivated friendships with farmers through various events. Jeremy spent three years in high school growing Indian corn for his SAE project and sold it at a fall décor sale. Prior to joining Flanagan State Bank, Jeremy worked during the summer months maintaining lawns for residents and was employed by the City of Pontiac.
Jeremy resides in Flanagan. When he isn’t working, he enjoys staying active by working out and watching sports. He has completed Ag Lending courses through the American Bankers Association and is dedicated to increasing his knowledge in the industry and assisting customers meet their goals and objectives.
