Gary joined Franklin Prestige as a Mortgage Loan Officer in 2019, and he has more than 20 years’ worth of lending experience under his belt! He is happy to help anyone find a new home, but he specializes in Rural Development loans, conventional mortgages, FHA, VA, and Jumbo loans. His extensive experience includes a wealth of insight into the lending process.

Gary enjoys seeing the smile on peoples’ faces when they get their dream home. Even if it’s the 2nd or 3rd home, it’s always a new dream home and a place to create lasting memories. When he’s not working, Gary spends time with his wife Dora in their Grand Junction home. He enjoys spending time with his 11 grandchildren, serving as a member of the Grand Junction Chamber of Commerce, and spending a day on the golf course.
