Doug Carls was born and raised in Flanagan, Illinois. Doug graduated from Illinois State University in 2000 with a major in Finance. He joined Flanagan State Bank as a Loan Officer in 1999 and currently works out of the main office in Flanagan.

Doug is also a licensed realtor and enjoys helping people find the right home to fit their needs. He is involved with a variety of things in the community, participating as a member in local clubs, and serving on the Board of Directors for several businesses. Ryan Augsburger was raised in El Paso, Illinois. Ryan initially attended Aurora University pursuing his business degree while playing football. From there Ryan transferred to Illinois State University for a few years, eventually graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Peru State College. Prior to joining Flanagan State Bank in 2015, Ryan interned at Marine Bank working as a Commercial Lending Assistant.

Ryan attended El Paso Gridley High School, graduating in 2009. He was active in athletics playing football, basketball, and baseball. He grew up with many family ties to banking as his father, grandfather, and great-grandfather were all in the business. These ties helped him develop an early passion of helping customers financially accomplish their goals.

Ryan currently resides in El Paso. When he isn’t at the bank, he is usually golfing or on a boat with friends. He also enjoys fishing, hiking, and essentially doing anything that involves being outside.

Alex Betts graduated from El Paso High School in 1995 and went on to attend Illinois Central College in East Peoria. Alex worked for Rebbec Motor Company for three years before an opportunity for advancement moved him to Heller Chevrolet in Chenoa. He has been with Flanagan State Bank since 2000 and enjoys serving his hometown and surrounding communities.

Alex is a native of El Paso; his wife Julie and their daughters have always made their home there. Alex and his family are members of Community Bible Fellowship in El Paso where he enjoys working with the Jr. High youth. Alex also has interest in classic hot rods and Harley Davidson motorcycles.

Jordan Kessinger was born and raised in El Paso, IL, and graduated from El Paso Gridley High School. He then attended Illinois State University, graduating in 2014. Jordan has been with Flanagan State Bank since 2015, in our Gridley office. Jordan currently lives in in Gridley, IL with his wife Abby & their 2 boys.

Jordan has been involved coaching basketball at El Paso Gridley High School and is on the board for Woodford County CEO program. He enjoys playing golf and attending sporting events.

I grew up in Yorkville, IL and after graduating, attended North Central College to study Business and Art.

I moved to Pontiac, IL in 1983 and opened a retail florist business that I owned and operated for 25 years.

I started my career at FSB in 2007 as a Commercial Lending Assistant in our Bloomington Branch. In 2013 I transferred to our Flanagan Branch where I was a Mortgage Lending Assistant and Branch Manager.

My banking experience has led me to my current position as a Mortgage Loan Officer in our Pontiac Loan Office. I am so happy to be back “home” and connect with friends and customers, both old and new! I enjoy getting to know folks while helping them finance their new home, or to refinance the one they have. My goal is to make the lending process a positive experience.
