Ryan Augsburger was raised in El Paso, Illinois. Ryan initially attended Aurora University pursuing his business degree while playing football. From there Ryan transferred to Illinois State University for a few years, eventually graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Peru State College. Prior to joining Flanagan State Bank in 2015, Ryan interned at Marine Bank working as a Commercial Lending Assistant.
Ryan attended El Paso Gridley High School, graduating in 2009. He was active in athletics playing football, basketball, and baseball. He grew up with many family ties to banking as his father, grandfather, and great-grandfather were all in the business. These ties helped him develop an early passion of helping customers financially accomplish their goals.
Ryan currently resides in El Paso. When he isn’t at the bank, he is usually golfing or on a boat with friends. He also enjoys fishing, hiking, and essentially doing anything that involves being outside.
