In an age where online transactions have become the norm, account security has never been more crucial. At Flanagan State Bank, we value our customers’ peace of mind and are fully committed to providing the highest level of account security. Our dedicated team is always available to address your questions and concerns, ensuring that you can enjoy our banking services with confidence.
One common concern among our clients is the loss or theft of debit or credit cards. Misplacing your card or falling victim to theft can be a stressful situation. However, Flanagan State Bank has a simple and effective process in place to mitigate any risk of fraud and ensure your account remains secure.
If your card is lost or stolen, you can report it immediately by calling 1-855-445-1036 and selecting “Option 1”. Our retail bankers are also ready to assist you with ordering a new card – simply email cardapprovals@flanaganstatebank.com or visit one of our branches.
We understand the worry that comes with losing your debit card. Our Mobile App features allow you to lock your card instantly while you look for it. If you are unable to locate your card, you can contact any Flanagan State Bank branch during banking hours to have your card restricted or closed, depending on the situation.
Additionally, there may be occasions when you have mailed a check that has not been received. If this occurs, don’t panic. You can stop the check by contacting any of our Flanagan State Bank branches, either by phone or in person. Our team will guide you through the process and the information you’ll need to provide. It’s essential to note that a stop payment made by phone will remain in effect for 14 days, while a signed Stop Payment form will remain in effect for six months. Please be aware there is a $24.00 fee for stop payment services.
At Flanagan State Bank, we make your account security our priority. Our team is ready to assist and provide the support you need to feel secure with your banking decisions.
