Flanagan State Bank was founded in 1913 and has been family-owned since Hank Schwerin became involved in the 1930’s. Opened in 1999, you can find our Benson office right next to the grain elevators! Our office is white and blue and looks like a Morton Building. When you visit us, you can expect to receive a nice, friendly smile and a “hello!” You’ll also find a wheelchair accessible entrance and a walk-up ATM. Parking is available in front of our building.

As a longtime family bank, we love to support our local community. Our Benson office hosts an annual Christmas open house and we donate chocolate bars to the Christmas parade every year. We also support the Roanoke-Benson high school and junior high.

Jordan Kessinger was born and raised in El Paso, IL, and graduated from El Paso Gridley High School. He then attended Illinois State University, graduating in 2014. Jordan has been with Flanagan State Bank since 2015, in our Gridley office. Jordan currently lives in in Gridley, IL with his wife Abby & their 2 boys.

Jordan has been involved coaching basketball at El Paso Gridley High School and is on the board for Woodford County CEO program. He enjoys playing golf and attending sporting events.
